We ship within 2 business days after your order is placed. When e-mailing about an already placed order, please include the item name, date of purchase, and transaction number. We have a full customer service staff available and ready to assist you with questions regarding your order. If you have questions regarding shipping time-frames or the condition of your book, please let us know by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond on the same or next business day. Please be advised Media Mail to Hawaii and Alaska generally takes 3-6 weeks. APO/FPOs may take as long as 60 days.
We ship within 2 business days of your purchase. We have

U.S.: 4 to 14 business days after shipping (may take up
to 21 business days)
U.S.: 2 to 6 business days after shipping
Standard: 3 to 6 weeks (may take 8 to 12 weeks due to

Returns are generally accepted if we are contacted within 5 business days after you receive your delivery. The item must be returned to us in the same condition in which it was sent. All returns must be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization number which will be given to you by our customer service department. After you have received your RMA number, the item must be postmarked within 5 business days with a trackable form of delivery. Please reference the RMA on the package. No returns will be accepted or processed without Return Merchandise Authorization numbers. We will not be responsible for items lost in the mail. Upon receipt, we will inspect and process the return minus a 20 percent restocking fee off the price of your book. We will credit your account within 3 business days of receipt of the return. You will receive an email from our customer service department when your account has been credited. Failure to meet these requirements may result in additional processing fees.
